01 - 2 large cucumbers

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

08 - 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced (optional)
09 - Extra dill sprigs

# Preparation steps:

01 - Wash cucumbers and slice lengthwise into 1/8-inch (4 mm) thin, even slices.
02 - Using a 3–4 cm star-shaped cookie cutter, cut stars from cucumber slices and place them on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
03 - Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, finely chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
04 - Fill a piping bag fitted with a small star tip (or a plastic bag with a snipped corner) with the cheese mixture.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter and pipe a small dollop of cheese mixture onto each.
06 - Top each star with a tiny piece of red bell pepper and a dill sprig. Serve immediately or chill up to 1 hour before serving.
