# Preparation steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon if using, then pour over the nut and seed blend, tossing to coat evenly.
04 - Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking tray and roast for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and aromatic. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
