# Preparation steps:
01 - Prepare tortellini following package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
02 - In a medium bowl, gently toss cooled tortellini with 2 tablespoons of pesto until evenly coated.
03 - Thread on each skewer one cherry tomato, one folded basil leaf if large, one pesto-coated tortellini, one green olive, a second tortellini, and one black olive in any preferred order.
04 - Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle with remaining pesto just before serving, if desired.
