# Preparation steps:

01 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente following package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
03 - Add remaining butter to skillet. Sauté onion 2–3 minutes until translucent, add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, cook 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, bring to simmer while scraping browned bits from skillet bottom.
05 - Lower heat to medium-low. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
06 - Add spinach to skillet and stir until wilted.
07 - Return shrimp and drained pasta to skillet. Toss to coat evenly with sauce, adding reserved pasta water gradually to desired consistency.
08 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
