# Preparation steps:
01 - Slice the apples into thin wedges and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange slices in a circular pattern on a serving platter, leaving center space for the dip.
02 - Combine brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture gently boils, then cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
04 - Pour caramel dip into a small bowl and place at the center of the apple slices.
