Ingredients
- Base: 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Cream Cheese Spread: 8 oz cream cheese, softened, ½ cup sour cream, 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- Vegetables: ½ cup broccoli florets, finely chopped, ½ cup red bell pepper, diced, ½ cup yellow bell pepper, diced, ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered, ¼ cup black olives, sliced, 2 green onions, thinly sliced, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Decoration: 1 small carrot, cut into thin strips (for garland), 1 yellow bell pepper slice (for star)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2:
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange crescent roll dough triangles to form a large triangle (tree shape). Press seams together and shape the edges, trimming as needed.
- Step 3:
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- Step 4:
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Step 5:
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll base.
- Step 6:
- Decorate with broccoli as branches, peppers and tomatoes as ornaments, and olives and green onions as accents. Use carrot strips as garlands and a yellow bell pepper slice as the trees star. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Step 7:
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
