13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

# Preparation steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon if using, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture across both sides.
04 - Stack tortillas and slice into 8 equal wedges per tortilla. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping chips halfway through, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool completely.
06 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and honey or maple syrup. Add mint if desired. Gently toss to evenly coat.
