Recipe Questions & Answers

Can I use chicken breast instead of thighs?

Yes, boneless skinless chicken breast works well. Adjust cooking time as breast cooks faster than thighs.

Which vegetables can be substituted?

Sturdy options like carrots, zucchini, or cauliflower are great alternatives. Chop to similar size for even cooking.

Is it necessary to use both Instant Pot and Air Fryer?

No, choose one method based on preference. Both yield tender chicken and vegetables; air fryer gives a slightly crispier finish.

How do I make this dish vegetarian?

Replace chicken with firm tofu or plant-based protein and follow the same instructions. Cooking time may vary slightly.

What wine pairs well with this meal?

A crisp white wine, like Sauvignon Blanc, enhances the dish’s flavors without overpowering the vegetables and herbs.

Can leftovers be reheated?
