02 - While the chicken is cooking, place 1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese into a serving bowl.
03 - Once the chicken is cooked and rested, slice into strips and arrange over the cottage cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing and barbecue sauce evenly on top.
