01 - 14 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or chips
02 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped or chips

→ Cocoa & Marshmallows

03 - 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix (about 4 single-serve packets)
04 - 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

→ Toppings (optional)

05 - 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
06 - 2 tbsp festive sprinkles

# Preparation steps:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
04 - Evenly sprinkle the hot cocoa mix over the warm chocolate layer.
05 - Scatter mini marshmallows evenly over the top and gently press them into the chocolate.
06 - Melt the white chocolate as before and drizzle it over the bark in zigzag patterns.
07 - If desired, sprinkle crushed peppermint and festive sprinkles over the bark.
08 - Allow the bark to set at room temperature or place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
09 - Break or cut bark into pieces; package for gifting or store in an airtight container.
