# Preparation steps:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Wash and thoroughly pat dry the strawberries. Slice each berry lengthwise into halves to create half-circle shapes.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
04 - Hold each strawberry half by its cut side and dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Place dipped strawberry halves, cut side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
06 - If desired, immediately sprinkle the dipped strawberries with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips.
07 - Freeze the baking sheet for 1 hour or until yogurt coating is firm.
08 - Serve immediately for a chilled treat, or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
